LEADERSHIP
The board of directors, its president and vice-presidents will be elected at the general assembly meetings that will be held in Berlin, Germany on 19 - 20 of May 2025 upon candidatures and endorsements from members. It will be formed of a group of VC industry leaders but also some seats will be reserved to represent outstanding founders and most relevant ecosystem stakeholders.
BOARD OF ADVISORS
The board of advisors will be selected by the board of directors upon candidatures and recommendations according to the assignment policy.
The executive team is responsible to implement the VCGN programs, projects and initiatives. The CEO and its team members will be assigned by the board of directors.
